This week I talk to Alice Feiring, the most influential writer on natural wine in the country. We discuss her recent Chile trip, her upcoming book, the state of natural wine today, and the memoir she's working on that centers on a harrowing escape from a serial killer (for real). 

This week CT—chef Chris Turgeon—of Wildebeest in Kingston tells us about the long, winding road that led him through many other kitchens before he opened his own place in Kingston, NY last year. It's quite a trip! Besides the past, we also talk the future: Wildebeest 2.0 will be launching in March and he has big plans for another project after that.
